By accessing or using the Site, joining our waitlist, or contacting us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

The Site is intended for individuals aged 18 and above who are located in Singapore. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide to us is accurate and belongs to you.

Joining our waitlist registers your interest in GoRent. It does not create a booking, a rental agreement, or any obligation on our part to provide services. You acknowledge that:

• Launch dates, features, pricing, and early access perks described on the Site are indicative and may change
• We may close, pause, or limit the waitlist at any time
• Early access may be offered at our discretion and may be subject to additional terms
• We may contact you by email about our launch and related updates, and you may unsubscribe at any time

The Site is an informational and marketing page. Motorcycle rentals are booked through the GoRent mobile app, and each rental is subject to separate rental terms and conditions presented at the time of booking, together with the terms of the rental shop providing the vehicle. Nothing on the Site forms a rental contract between you and GoRent or any rental shop.

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable Singapore law
• Submit false, misleading, or third-party personal information without authorisation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, or related infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on it
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce the Site or its content for commercial purposes without our written consent

The GoRent name, logo, and all text, graphics, images, video, and software on the Site are owned by or licensed to GoRent and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

The Site links to third-party services such as social media platforms and mobile app stores. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we take reasonable care to keep the information on the Site accurate and the Site available, we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, GoRent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Personal data collected through the Site is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information under the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page, and your continued use of the Site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
